Berlin / Herne. [stbs] Weniger ist mehr ! Wie werden neue Beiträge schnellstmöglich an Bing, Google und Co. gemeldet, damit diese anfangen können die Seite zu indizieren? Wenn neue Beiträge veröffentlicht werden, dann nimmt WordPress alle Ping-Dienste, die unter Einstellungen > Schreiben > Update Services hinterlegt sind und „pingt“ diese an. Damit wird beispielsweise Google mitgeteilt, dass es den eben neu veröffentlichten Beitrag oder eine neue Seite gibt. Technisch wird den Suchmaschinen mitgeteilt, dass eine neue Sitemap (XML) vorliegt. Ob und wann die Suchmaschine auf die neue Sitemap zugreift oder die dort eingetragenen Daten indexiert, darauf hat das Pingen keinen Einfluss.

Nach der Installation ist lediglich ein Dienst eingetragen, nämlich: http://rpc.pingomatic.com/

Dieser Dienst pingt wiederum die wichtigsten Suchmaschinen an, darunter auch Google Blog Search. Weitere Informationen findet man direkt unter: https://pingomatic.com/
Jedoch ist dieser Dienst oft überlastet und fällt auch regelmäßig aus.

Viel bring aber nicht viel, so können Ihre Seiten bzw. Pings auch schnell als SPAM angesehen werden.

Der Abstand je Ping sollte auch mind. fünf Min. betragen.

Das Ganze funktioniert auch sehr gut manuell über die Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools oder die Google Search Console bzw. externer Dienste, wie Feed Shark! oder PING-O-MATIC.

Derzeit soll das Anpingen von Yahoo und Bing nicht mehr funktionieren.
